Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed only once you've received our confirmation email or voucher. Prices shown are per person, in AED, and include applicable tax. Secure online advance payment confirms your booking; we don't accept payment on the morning of the flight.
Passenger eligibility
Passengers must be at least 5 years old, with a minimum height of around 1.1 m (3 ft 7 in), to stand safely in the basket for takeoff and landing. Guests over roughly 120 kg (265 lb) may need an extra seat or incur a surcharge, purely for load balancing. Flying isn't recommended during pregnancy, or within about 6 months of major surgery on the heart, back or knees. Child pricing applies for ages 5 to 11; contact us for the exact rate.
Weather & flight safety
Every flight is subject to the Pilot-in-Command's real-time assessment of wind and visibility at the launch site, based on real-time weather data and aviation authority requirements, and can be called off for safety even after pickup. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if that's your morning.
Pickup & timing
Pickup falls between 3:45 and 4:30 AM depending on your hotel's distance from the launch site; we confirm your exact window the day before. Please be ready in your lobby a few minutes early. Our driver waits up to 10 minutes at the confirmed time and location.
Conduct on board and at camp
Smoking, alcohol and dangerous goods are not permitted on the flight or during any ground activity. Guests are asked to follow crew instructions at all times, particularly during boarding, takeoff and landing.
Liability
Guests take part in the flight and any ground activities (camel ride, falconry show, quad biking, dune bashing) at their own risk and in line with the safety instructions given by our crew. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during any activity, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather-related cancellations.
Photos & video
We may photograph or film guests during the flight or at the camp for marketing use, unless you let our crew know on the day that you'd prefer to opt out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
