Return drop-off

What time does pickup happen, and how do I find out my exact time?
Pickup falls between 3:45 and 4:30 AM, timed so the drive gets you to the launch site before sunrise. We confirm your exact window the evening before your flight.
Where do I wait for the driver?
Wait in your hotel or building's lobby a few minutes before the confirmed time. Our driver waits up to 10 minutes at the pickup point once they arrive.
Do you pick up from areas outside central Dubai?
We cover Dubai hotels, apartments and residences broadly. If you're staying further out, message us your address and we'll confirm pickup for your location.
