Next-morning bookings are often possible if seats remain, since pickup only needs to be arranged the evening before. Same-day booking for that same morning is not possible because flights leave before dawn, so message us as early as you can once you know your dates.

Yes, choose a package and send us the recipient's name and your message, and we prepare a voucher for them. They then pick their own flight date with us whenever suits them.

Yes, many guests choose a flight for exactly that reason, and a Deluxe or Adventure package gives you more time together afterward at the camp. Let us know when you book if there's a special occasion so we can pass it along to the crew.

Booking a few days ahead gives you the best chance at your preferred date and package, especially around weekends. If your dates are flexible, message us and we'll let you know what's available.

The Standard Flight is AED 1,049 per person, Deluxe is AED 1,149, and Adventure is AED 1,349, each including hotel pickup and drop-off. There are no hidden fees, the price shown at booking is the price you pay.

The Standard Flight at AED 1,049 includes free hotel pickup and drop-off, the one-hour sunrise flight, unlimited drinks on board, a flight certificate, and an English-speaking crew. Camel riding, falconry and breakfast are reserved for the Deluxe and Adventure packages.

Not on the Standard package, but both Deluxe and Adventure include a camel ride, a falconry show and a gourmet breakfast at our desert camp after landing. The falconry show happens on the ground at camp rather than mid-flight.

Payment is made through a secure online link in advance, and your seat is confirmed once that payment goes through. We don't take payment on the morning of the flight, so booking ahead is the only way to lock in your date.

Our baskets carry up to 24 passengers, divided into compartments so everyone has a stable place to stand with a clear view. Groups and families are usually kept together in the same section.

Pickup runs between 3:45 and 4:30 AM, with your exact time depending on how far your hotel is from the launch site. We confirm the precise window with you the day before, and ask that you're in the lobby a few minutes early.

The balloon flight itself is about one hour. Door to door it's roughly 4 to 5 hours on the Standard package, 5 to 6 hours on Deluxe, and 6 to 7 hours on Adventure, depending on how much happens after landing.

We cover every Dubai hotel, apartment or residence, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Deira. If you're staying somewhere further out, message us and we'll confirm pickup for your address.

Light layers work best, since the desert is cool before dawn and warms up quickly once the sun is up. Closed-toe shoes are a good idea, especially if your package includes a camel ride or quad biking afterward.

A camera or phone, sunglasses, and a light jacket for the cool pre-dawn drive are the essentials. Everything else, from safety equipment to drinks on board, is provided.

Yes. Our pilots hold GCAA licenses and every flight operates in line with UAE aviation requirements, with the Pilot-in-Command making the final weather call each morning. Contact us if you need documentation for a corporate or group booking.

Yes, most first-time flyers describe it as calmer than they expected. The basket has waist-high sides you can hold, lift-off is gradual with no sensation of speed, and the pilot briefs everyone on where to stand before you board.

Children from age 5 can fly when accompanied by an adult, and there's a minimum height of around 1.1 meters (about 3 ft 7 in) for safety during standing takeoff and landing. Child pricing is available for ages 5 to 11, contact us for the exact rate.

Guests over roughly 120 kg (265 lb) may need an extra seat or incur a surcharge for load balancing, and flying isn't recommended during pregnancy or within 6 months of major surgery on the heart, back or knees. Let us know about any of these when you book so we can plan the basket properly.

Yes, cameras and phones are welcome throughout the flight and at the desert camp. Personal drones aren't permitted near the launch site or during the flight for safety reasons.

Landings are typically gentle, with the pilot picking a clear stretch of sand and giving a short heads-up before touchdown so everyone knows how to stand. Our ground crew meets the balloon and helps everyone out of the basket.

You're offered a free reschedule to the next available morning or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer, even if the call is made after your pickup. A weather cancellation is a safety decision by the pilot, not a booking problem on your end.

We fly daily throughout the year, with October through April generally offering the calmest, coolest mornings. Every flight is still weather-dependent on the day regardless of season.
