Who we share it with
We share the minimum information needed with our ground crew and drivers to run your pickup and flight, and with the payment processor that handles your booking. We may also disclose information where required by UAE aviation or civil authorities.
WhatsApp & communication
If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, we use that channel to communicate booking details and respond to your enquiry. Message and data rates from your provider may apply.

This website uses essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not use invasive tracking cookies without your awareness.
Third-party services
We use Web3Forms to process contact and booking form submissions, and Tawk.to for live chat support. These providers process the information you submit solely to deliver that functionality.
Data retention
We keep booking and passenger records for as long as required under applicable aviation record-keeping rules, and enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you.
