Deluxe Flight

The Deluxe Flight costs AED 1,149 per person and adds a camel ride, a live falconry show and breakfast at our desert camp to the one-hour sunrise balloon flight. Pickup is between 3:45 and 4:30 AM from any Dubai hotel, and you’re back between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. For AED 100 more than Standard, it turns the morning into a flight plus about 1.5 to 2 hours on the ground.

What to expect on the morning

The flight itself runs the same way as the Standard package — pickup, the drive to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, watching the balloon inflate, a safety briefing, then about an hour aloft as the sun comes up over the dunes. What changes is what happens once you land.

After touchdown, the ground crew takes you to our desert camp, where a camel ride through the dunes gives you a slower, different perspective on the landscape you just flew over. A falconry handler brings out a trained falcon for a live demonstration, part of a tradition of falconry that runs deep in Emirati culture. From there it’s breakfast: a full spread laid out at the camp, with time to sit down properly before the drive back.

You’re back at your hotel by 9:30–10:00 AM with your flight certificate in hand. If you’d rather keep the morning shorter, the Standard Flight covers just the balloon ride for AED 1,049. If you want to add quad biking and dune bashing on top of everything here, the Adventure Flight is the next step up.
