Adventure Flight

The Adventure Flight costs AED 1,349 per person and follows the sunrise balloon flight with 30 minutes of self-drive quad biking, dune bashing in a 4x4, a camel ride, a falconry show and breakfast at the desert camp. Pickup is between 3:45 and 4:30 AM, and you’re back at your hotel between 10:15 and 11:00 AM. Plan on a 6 to 7 hour morning.

What to expect on the morning

The flight is identical to Standard and Deluxe: pickup, the drive out to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, watching the envelope inflate, a safety briefing, then about an hour aloft as the sun rises over the dunes. Adventure is about what comes after you land.

Once you’re back on the ground, you get a short briefing and safety gear for a 30-minute self-drive quad biking session on the dunes. From there, a guided 4x4 takes you dune bashing through the reserve, the kind of drive that turns a calm morning into an active one. Back at the camp, you take a camel ride, watch a live falconry demonstration, and sit down to a full breakfast spread before the drive home.
