Ladies more than 3 months pregnant
Children less than 5 years of age
Anyone more than 80 years of age
Serious heart problems or any other medical conditions will not be suitable for this trip
Anyone who had major surgery recently within the last 6 months
Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm
Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
Anyone that has a Phobia in height
Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities
Also all passengers should sign the declaration that he/ she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)

Non-group Bookings
Before 48 hours prior to flight departure: No cancellation fee
Before 18 hours prior to flight departure: 50% cancellation fee
18 hours or less prior to flight departure: 100% cancellation fee
Group Bookings (5 or more than 5 Pax in a single Booking)
Before 7 days prior to flight departure : No Cancellation Fee
Before 5 days prior to flight departure : 50% cancellation fee
5 days or less prior to flight departure: 100% cancellation fee
