1. Booking & Confirmation

By booking a flight with Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Dubai, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or voucher from our authorized reservation team.

It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure all details provided (date, hotel location, guest count, and weights) are accurate at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed upon with our sales representatives.
• Children between ages 5 and 11 qualify for child pricing.
• Payments can be made via authorized online payment links, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.

3. Passenger Requirements

Due to strict aviation safety regulations, the following restrictions apply to all passengers:

• Age & Height: Minimum age is 5 years. Passengers must be at least 120cm tall to see over the basket safely.
• Weight: Individual passengers exceeding 120kg may incur a surcharge or be required to book an additional slot for load balancing.
• Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we cannot fly passengers who are pregnant at any stage.
• Health: Passengers must not have major heart problems, serious knee/back issues, or have undergone major surgery in the last 6 months.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the complex logistics of hot air balloon operations:

• Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the flight receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the flight incur a 50% charge.
• No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, or "no-shows" on the morning of the flight, are non-refundable.
• Operator Cancellation: If we cancel a flight due to weather or technical issues, a full refund or a free reschedule will be offered.

5. Weather & Flight Safety

Hot air ballooning is entirely weather-dependent. The final decision to fly is made by the Pilot-in-Command based on real-time data from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).

In the event of unfavorable wind or visibility conditions, we may cancel the flight even at the launch site. Passenger safety is our non-negotiable priority.

6. Safety & Passenger Conduct

All passengers must attend the pre-flight safety briefing. Failure to follow the pilot's instructions during takeoff, flight, or landing may result in immediate termination of the flight.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in or near the balloons.
• Consumption of alcohol is not permitted during the flight.
• Dangerous goods, including sharp objects or explosives, are strictly forbidden.

7. Pickup & Punctuality

Ballooning is a time-sensitive sunrise experience. Pickup times are provided as a window. Guests must be ready in the hotel lobby at the start of their pickup window.

If a guest is not present at the time of the driver's arrival, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before proceeding to ensure other guests do not miss the sunrise. Missed pickups are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

8. Liability & Insurance

While we maintain the highest safety standards and carry comprehensive insurance as per DCAA requirements, passengers participate at their own risk. Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Dubai is not liable for loss or damage to personal items (cameras, phones, jewelry) brought on board.

9. Media & Photography

We may take photographs or videos during the experience for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media unless you explicitly state otherwise to our team on the day of the flight.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
